KORT vision, policy and work package: These three publications provide access to the policies, the background and practicalities of the KORT (2002-2011).
According to KORT, art in public space is a part of society as a whole, a result of social processes. Art can be anywhere, in any form. This gives new opportunities for artists to contribute to any interesting idea, plan or project which is a substantial part in the developments of the city.
